º El Artículo 19 Del Decreto 2247 De 1983, Quedará Así: "artículo 19

º El artículo 19 del Decreto 2247 de 1983, quedará así: "Artículo 19.Créase en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores una Comisión para Asuntos de Nacionalidad, la cual quedará integrada por los siguientes funcionarios

a)

El Secretario General, o su delegado;

b)

El Director General de Asuntos Políticos Bilaterales, o su delegado;

c)

El Subsecretario Jurídico, o su delegado;

d)

El funcionario que tenga a su cargo el manejo de los asuntos de nacionalidad, quien actuará como Secretario de la Comisión.

Parágrafo

La Comisión será presidida por el señor Secretario General y en su defecto, por el señor Director General de Asuntos Políticos Bilaterales".
