El Gobierno hará las gestiones necesarias a fin de obtener que el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario y el Banco Central Hipotecario adquieran los créditos de amortización gradual garantizados con hipoteca que se constituya a favor de las Sociedades Seccionales de Crédito Agrario, a efecto de aumentar la capacidad prestataria de dichas Sociedades. En los arreglos que se celebren con este propósito, el Gobierno podrá permitir a los bancos la intervención que juzgue adecuada en la dirección de las Sociedades Seccionales, manteniendo el control de ellas por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero
