Prescripción de los títulos de las acciones . La Superintendencia de Sociedades autorizará la disminución de capital que se origine en la prescripción de los títulos de acciones no reclamados por sus propietarios que trata el artículo 20 de la Ley 7º. de 1990, sin que para ello sea necesario cumplir las condiciones a que se refiere el artículo 145 del Código de Comercio, por cuanto dicha disminución no implica un efectivo reembolso o restitución de aportes.
