Artículo tercero. El producto del presente recargo continuara consignándose por las Respectivas oficinas recaudadoras en la Tesorería General de la República, A ordenes de los correspondientes comités organizadores.

Parágrafo

El tesorero general de la republica girara mensualmente a los Tesoreros de los comités organizadores de los vi juegos deportivos Panamericanos y de los ix Juegos Atléticos Nacionales, el producto del Recargo durante el mes anterior.
