Con destino exclusivo a la reconstrucción de la ciudad de Quibdó, establécese' en todo el país por el término de cuatro (4) meses, contados a partir de la fecha que el Gobierno señale, una cuota de recargo "Pro-ciudad Quibdó", del 10% sobre el valor de cada boleta personal de entrada a espectáculos públicos de cualquier clase. Su producido será consignado en la Tesorería General de la República, a órdenes del "Comité' de coordinación ciudadana".
