El Montepío puede servir, además de Monte de piedad y Caja de ahorros para el Ejército y para los empleados del Ministerio de Guerra, en los términos y con las condiciones que establezca la Junta con aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, y teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 42 de la Ley.
