Para efecto del cálculo de las tarifas de acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo, los inmuebles de uso residencial donde funcionan los hogares comunitarios de bienestar y sustitutos serán considerados estrato uno (1). El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la aplicación de este artículo.
