Art. 143. El Juez examinara cuidadosamente el escrito de contestación de la demanda y si el demandado no hubiera contestado de la manera prescrita en el artículo 938 del Código Judicial, le indicará por medio de un auto los defectos de que adolece dicha contestación haciendo mención de ellos en párrafos separados y con toda claridad posible, el mismo auto se expresará que el demandado debe verificar dentro de tres días las correcciones que se le orden hacer.
