ARTICULO 83 . METODO PARA EVALUAR. La calidad de los indicadores se mide en la escala "S" (sobresaliente), "E" (exigida), "D" (deficiente). El valor máximo se indica con la letra "S" (sobresaliente) y el mínimo con "D" (deficiente) según el procedimiento establecido en la Sección II del formulario de evaluación y conforme a los criterios establecidos en el artículo 32 del presente Decreto.
