ARTICULO 1.8.2.2.7 . RESPONSABILIDAD DE DIRECTORES Y ADMINISTRADORES. Todo director o gerente de una institución vigilada que viole a sabiendas o permita que se violen las disposiciones legales, será responsable de las pérdidas que cualquier individuo o corporación sufra por tales infracciones, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones que señala la ley.
