ADECUACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA INTERNA Y DE LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL. La Junta Directiva de COLCULTURA procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura interna y a la Planta de Personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto, dentro de los diez (10) meses siguientes a la vigencia del mismo.

La planta de personal que se adopte entrará a regir para todas los efectos legales a partir de su publicación.
