CESION Y ACEPTACION DE REASEGUROS . La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá señalar las condiciones para que las cesiones y aceptaciones por reaseguro que efectúen las entidades aseguradoras se realicen con sujeción a principios de seguridad, certeza y oportunidad, para lo cual podrá exigir identificaciones de los funcionarios facultados para realizar las cesiones y las aceptaciones con las respectivas cuantías que le fueren otorgadas para comprometer a las entidades aseguradoras.
