Artículo sexto. El incumplimiento de las disposiciones fijadas en el presente Decreto, será sancionado con multas sucesivas de diez a quinientos pesos que impondrá el Jefe de la Zona Técnico-Administrativa, de acuerdo con las informaciones de los Ingenieros Agrónomos de Sector y en providencia debidamente documentada. Estas multas son apelables ante el Ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería. Comuníquese y publíquese.
