FORMA DE IMPONER LAS SANCIONES. Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria, y deberán notificarse personalmente al afectado dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su expedición. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal, se hará por edicto, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto-ley 01 de 1984, Código Contencioso Administrativo.
