Además de los Jueces de Instrucción Penal Militar, instruirán los procesos por los delitos de que trata el artículo 1° del Decreto 593 de 21 de abril de 1970 los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal creados por el Decreto 2267 de 31 de diciembre de 1969. Dichos funcionarios actuarán por comisión que les impartan los respectivos Jueces de Primera Instancia Castrense, y tendrán jurisdicción en todo el Territorio Nacional.
