El Superintendente tendrá jurisdicción en toda la República, y las autoridades y empleados públicos deberán coadyuvar en sus labores. El Superintendente podrá bajo su inmediata dirección y responsabilidad, delegar en los empleados de su dependencia y en cualquier otra autoridad administrativa las facultades señaladas en los ordinales b), d) y e) del artículo 7º de este decreto, dando aviso al Ministerio de Industrias.
