Destinase la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60,000) anuales, que se incluirán en los respectivos Presupuestos para dar cumplimiento al artículo 1º de esta Ley, y para los efectos del artículo 2º el Gobierno apropiará los fondos necesarios.
