El dueño de un bote o su tenedor debidamente autorizado solicitará la patente del respectivo Inspector de Pesca, quien, si hallare la petición ajustada a las prescripciones de este Decreto, la pasará con su visto bueno a la Administración de Aduana correspondiente. Pagado en ésta el derecho, volverá aquélla con el comprobante del pago, al Inspector, quien expedirá la patente.
