Créanse dos escuelas en el Municipio de San José de Vichada (Territorio nacional del Meta); una primaria para niños y otra agrícola para hombres, y nombrase Director de ellas al Reverendo Padre Pedro Barón, quien debe comenzar el desempeño de su cargo desde el l.° de Septiembre del presente año. Comuníquese y publíquese
