º Entre las industrias o comercios que corresponden a las necesidades cuotidianas o indispensables de la alimentación, se comprenden
a)
Los servicios o empresas de producción de agua potable;
b)
Los mataderos públicos;
c)
Los mercados, y fuera de ellos los puestos o expendios de carnes, legumbres, frutas y comestibles en general;
d)
Las carnicerías, lecherías y panaderías, y el reparto de los respectivos productos a domicilio;
e)
El expendio de dulcerías, pastelerías y confiterías;
f)
Los hoteles, restaurantes y casas de asistencia.
