Del arbitramento técnico. En los contratos de obra podrá pactarse el arbitramento técnico. El tercer árbitro será designado por la entidad gremial que tenga el carácter de "cuerpo consultivo del Gobierno". La misma entidad escogerá el árbitro de la parte que se negare a hacerlo dentro del tiempo convenido. Según el caso, los árbitros deberán ser ingenieros o arquitectos que hayan cumplido con todas las normas legales vigentes para el ejercicio de la profesión. CONTRATOS A PRECIO GLOBAL
