ARTICULO 59 . El Director de Extranjería y los Directores Seccionales del DAS, mediante resolución motivada, ordenarán la deportación del extranjero que esté incurso en cualquiera de las causales establecidas en el artículo anterior. Contra esta providencia procederán los recursos de la vía gubernativa que se concederán en el efecto suspensivo.
