Vigencia . De conformidad con lo señalado en el numeral 2.12 del Acuerdo sobre Obstáculos Técnicos al Comercio de la OMC y con el numeral 5 del artículo 9° de la Decisión 562 de la Comisión de la Comunidad Andina, el presente decreto entrará en vigencia seis (6) meses después de la fecha de su publicación.
