El Comité de Importaciones del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, podrá autorizar las solicitudes de licencia previa presentadas por entidades oficiales del orden nacional, departamental o municipal que amparen la importación de buses escolares usados, donados a su favor, que se clasifiquen por las subpartidas 87.02.10.90.00 y 87.02.90.99.00, sin sujeción a las normas que restringen la importación de esta clase de bienes.
