Artículo l°. Autorízase la importación de los siguientes artículos de la lista de prohibida importación: Numeral 120. Pescados preparados o conservados, distintos de los mencionados en la posición 20

Importados en cajas, tarros o recipientes herméticamente cerrados: 1) Sardinas. 2) Otros.

Importados en otra forma. La importación de los artículos comprendidos en el numeral anterior solamente podrá hacerse utilizando los derechos creados por el artículo 2° del Decreto extraordinario número 1830 de fecha l° de agosto de 1952.
