Historia Clínica como material de consulta. Las historias clínicas pueden utilizarse como material de consulta y apoyo a los trabajos médicos, con sujeción a los principios del secreto profesional, de la propiedad intelectual y de conformidad con la ley y de conformidad con la Ley 1581 de 2012.
