º . Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal podrán instruir los procesos contra particulares por los delitos a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto. Para estos efectos los Directores Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal comisionarán a los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal previa solicitud de los Comandantes de Brigada, Fuerza Naval, Base Aérea "Germán Olano" y Comando Unificado del Sur.
