Acumulación de procesos de diferentes dependencias. Cuando en diferentes dependencias de la Dirección General de Aduanas se adelanten investigaciones por hechos conexos o donde figure un mismo implicado, el Subdirector General será el competente para decidir sobre la acumulación y en caso de que la decrete designará el funcionario que continuará adelantándola. Estas investigaciones acumuladas serán evaluadas y falladas por el Subdirector General de Aduanas.
