Decreto 1206 de 2021 · Por el cual se adicionan unos parágrafos transitorios a los Artículos 2.12.3.16.3, 2.12.3.8.2.11 Y 2.12.3.6.3 del Decreto Único 1068 de 2015, Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público, en relación con las provisiones adicionales al nivel de cubrimiento del pasivo pensional y la flexibilización de algunos requisitos para el desahorro de recursos del FONPET.
