Traslados. Los traslados de un escrito no requieren auto, ni constancia en el expediente, salvo norma en contrario. El Secretario lo agregará a éste y lo mantendrá en la Secretaria por el término respectivo. Estos traslados se harán constar en una lista que se fijará en lugar visible de la Secretaria, por un día, y correrán desde el siguiente. Los traslados correrán en la Secretaria, y allí se mantendrá el expediente sin solución de continuidad por el respectivo término, salvo los que se otorgan en el trámite del recurso de casación para los cuales podrá retirarse el expediente.
