El Gobierno podrá celebrar contratos con la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para que esta establezca créditos especiales para la modalidad dirigida y supervisada para el fomento del cultivo de la guayaba y su industrialización. Para este efecto semestralmente señalará a sus sucursales o agencias establecidas o que se establezcan cupos especiales, destinados a personas o entidades que soliciten crédito para los mencionados objetivos.
