Prueba pericial. Para efectos de las pruebas periciales, la Administración nombrará como perito a una persona o entidad especializada en la materia, y ante la objeción a su dictamen, ordenará un nuevo peritazgo. El fallador valorará los dictámenes dentro de la sana crítica.
