Artículo único. Auxiliase por una sola vez, con la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) el Colegio regentado por las Reverendas Madres Bethlemitas en el Distrito de Palmira, Departamento del Cauca.

La suma anterior se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
