º . Modifícase el artículo 2º del Decreto 4406 del 30 de diciembre de 2004, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 2º. Las autorizaciones, requisitos o permisos son trámites previos requeridos para la aprobación de las solicitudes de registro de importación de: • Recursos pesqueros. • Equipos de vigilancia y seguridad privada. • Isótopos radioactivos y material radioactivo. • Prendas privativas de la Fuerza Pública. • Hidrocarburos y gasolina. Y de aquellos productos sometidos a: • Control Sanitario dirigido a preservar la salud humana, vegetal y animal. • Cumplimiento de Reglamento Técnico. • Certificado de emisiones por prueba dinámica. • Homologación vehicular. • Cupo por salvaguardias cuantitativas. • Control para garantizar la protección del medio ambiente en virtud de tratados, convenios o protocolos internacionales".
