º Durante el trámite del proceso, las providencias llevarán la firma de los Magistrados que conforman la Sala. Tratándose de sentencias o de providencias que pongan fin a la actuación, se entenderá, para todos los efectos legales, que su adopción, al igual que las disidencias se produjeron de conformidad con el procedimiento vigente, si así lo certifica el Presidente del Tribunal.
