°. Transitorio . Créase en la planta de personal global del Ministerio de Cultura, el siguiente empleo para vincular un funcionario que goza de especial protección legal, por estar amparado por fuero sindical: Nº de cargos Denominación del empleo Código Grado 1 (Uno) Secretario Ejecutivo 5040 16

Parágrafo

Cuando por cualquier causa legal cese para su titular la protección especial por fuero sindical, se entenderá suprimido el cargo de que trata el presente artículo y terminará la relación laboral del funcionario.
