Art. 46. Las corporaciones, empleados ó funcionarios públicos que extiendan en papel común los actos, documentos ó diligencias que deben extenderse en papel sellado ó en papel con estampilla de Timbre Nacional, ó que usen papel ó estampillas de clase inferior á los prevenidos en este Decreto sufrirán la pena de que trata el artículo anterior, que les impondrá también la autoridad superior que tengo conocimiento del hecho.
