Funciones de Secretaria. Sin perjuicio de que la Junta Directiva pueda crear, si lo estima conveniente, el cargo de Secretario General de la Empresa, en todo caso deberá señalar de manera precisa a uno o varios funcionarios directivos las atribuciones y responsabilidades de autorizar con su firma los actos del Gerente, llevar la correspondencia, custodiar los libros y documentos y demás funciones de la Secretaria.
