° del artículo 1.° de la Ley 35 de 1904 , acrecerá a las cuotas correspondientes a los demás agraciados, por iguales partes.

En consecuencia, quedan legalizados los pagos hechos en esta forma de acrecimiento y así continuarán en adelante, de modo que la pensión no sufra deducción alguna.
