LOS FUNCIONARIOS OFICIALES Y LOS AGENTES DE RETENCIÓN RESPONDEN SOLIDARIAMENTE CON EL CONTRIBUYENTE. Responden solidariamente con el contribuyente:

Los funcionarios oficiales que autoricen, expidan, registren o tramiten actos o instrumentos sometidos al impuesto, o quienes sin tener dicho carácter, desempeñen funciones públicas e intervengan en los mencionados hechos.

Los agentes de retención del impuesto.
