Artículo tercero. Créanse los siguientes cargos en el Consejo de Estado: 4 Abogados .Asistentes. 1 Secretario de Sección. 1 Oficinista de Secretaría, grado 36. 3 Auxiliarás de Secretaría, grado 10. 6 Escribientes, grado 10. 4 Conductores, grado 6.

Parágrafo

De los seis (6) escribientes, dos (2) se destinan específicamente a la Sección Tercera.
