ARTICULO 55. Transporte de mensajeros. Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional que desempeñen las funciones de mensajeros, recibirán una suma para gastos de transporte de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio, a juicio y en la cuantía que determine el Ministerio de Defensa.
