Los municipios que integran el Distrito Judicial de Ríohacha tendrán los siguientes Juzgados Municipales:

Parágrafo

Suprímese a partir de la fecha en que éntre en vigencia esta Ley, el Juzgado Territorial de Uribia. Los negocios de que venía conociendo este Juzgado pasarán de acuerdo con su naturaleza, a los Juzgados creados por la Reforma Judicial y que tengan jurisdicción sobre dicho Municipio.
