Se sustanciarán también en papel común las reclamaciones que establezcan los cultivadores, cuyos derechos no fueren respetados por los adjudicatarios de baldíos, en obedecimiento a lo dispuesto en el último aparte del artículo 47 del Código Fiscal en vigencia.
