° Las personas que hicieren circular rumores falsos o tendenciosos acerca de la honorabilidad o solvencia de los establecimientos bancarios incurrirán en multas hasta de.mil .pesos ($ 1.000) o prisión de un año, a discreción del Juez. La multa es convertible en arresto, a razón de un día por cada dos pesos.
