La presente reforma entrará en vigencia a partir del primer lunes de octubre del año en curso en los planteles que sigan el Calendario "B", y a partir del mes de febrero de 1967 en los que sigan el Calendario "A" establecidos por el Decreto número 2720 de 1963.
