El Superintendente de la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la entidad.
