Artículo primero. Autorizase a las empresas para implantar turnos especiales de trabajo nocturno, mediante la contratación de nuevos contingentes de trabajadores con quienes podrán pactar remuneraciones sobre las cuales no opere el recargo del treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) que señala el numeral 1o del artículo 168 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
