Las redes que requieran las cadenas radiales para enlazar la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora, recibirán el tratamiento de redes privadas de telecomunicaciones y requerirán autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, para la utilización del espectro radioeléctrico y las rampas ascendentes y descendentes de las redes satelitales, de conformidad con las normas que regulan estas materias.
