La Entidad Administradora del Fondo Fílmico Colombia (FFC), una vez verificado el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales y los requisitos establecidos en esta ley, previo concepto favorable de la auditoría externa contratada por el productor, tramitará el reembolso respectivo.
